Ben Gleed
Business Manger - B. Eng (Civil), MBA
Ben has gained over 10 years construction experience since graduating with a Degree in Civil Engineering. During this time he has gained extensive knowledge through working domestically and internationally on a variety of civil construction projects.
Drawing on the experience he has gained on projects Ben is responsible for the company’s estimating. Since completing his MBA, Ben has also focussed on implementing and developing the commercial and strategic objectives of SMB Civil.
Marcus Rothall
OPERATIONS MANAGER- CIVIL
Having commenced in the construction industry 15 years ago, Marcus has been involved in a diverse range of civil projects extending through South Australia and Western Victoria.
Marcus is responsible for the project resource requirements and coordination, asset procurement and maintenance, implementation of company policies and procedures and management of Suppliers and subcontractors.
Simon Adams
OPERATIONS MANAGER – CONCRETE
Simon has been involved in the concrete construction industry for over twenty years. Working predominately on larger scale commercial and industrial projects he has experience on managing all forms of concrete construction.
Simon is committed to developing the business’s concrete construction activities predominately through diversifying core capabilities. He is also responsible for the co-ordination of project resource requirements and management of suppliers and subcontractors. |
